Hey y’all!

 

I told you there might join another girl to my CT, and I also said she’s a designer and you all know her. Well, I have great news! She answered me that it would be her pleasure to come join us, AND she asked me to be a part of her CT also! Ladies and gentleman: please welcome our new Team Member: Nancy Comelab !!!!!!!! For those of you who don’t know Nancy: she’s a wonderful designer working at the Lilypad, famous for her clustered frames and realistic dropshadows. To me, it feels like I’m connected to Nancy in a special way: she just happens to be the only other Belgian designer I know, although she’s been living in Australia for the last 7 years, AND SHE IS ALSO FROM THE SAME TOWN I LIVE IN ! Now isn’t that a coincidence!

I’m so happy Nancy wants to join us and I’m very proud to be one of ‘Nancy’s Angels’ as she call’s her CT members. Nancy, you rock !

 

 

The wheather is still lousy here in Belgium and that forces me to stay inside. The positive side of that, is I get to design alot, lol! I have some very exciting new thing coming up, you’re gonna love them! I have a huge kit (alllll grungy!), an alpha and the cutest, funkiest frames for you, all will be available monday at the Playground.

 

And…. I’ve got another freebie for you!! Finally, I hear some of you think (right, Vanessa?) I’ve had a great time creating this cute little clay ladybird, hope you’ll like it!

Roxanne has already recovered in the mean time. She’s still taking the antibiotics but has no more pain in her belly, eats well, drinks well, plays and sings again I’m so glad we didn’t have to take her to the hospital!

Aren’t they amazing? It is so special and exciting to see what people create with my designs, I used to be the only one scrapping with them! Seeing all these wonderful pages made by other scrappers gives me such a unique feeling! Thank you girls, I’m so happy with you!

 

I also managed to make a page myself yesterday. I used Gina Marie Huff’s Drinking Tea Papers and Everything Cardboard stars and some other goodies.

Apart from all the excitement, we had some things happening today that were not so good. Roxanne is sick, she’s been complaining about a stomach ache all day and was really suffering, the poor thing. She was also running a fever, so we took her to the doctor this evening. She has an infection on one of her kidneys! She’s on antibiotics now and has to drink alot, but we have to watch her very closely, if she doesn’t get better by friday she will have to go to the hospital. I really hope she will be better, I don’t want my little girl in the hospital ! She has barely eaten today and didn’t drink that much either, but I did manage to make her drink a glass of water before she went to bed.

I hate it to see her miserable like that. I hope the medications will do their job soon!
