New stuff and a couple of pages

Thanks for all the wonderful comments on my freebie! I’m glad you like it.

I feel a little better now, but it still isn’t completely over. I think it has alot to do with stress, I’m always tired and there’s always some part of me aching lately. I’m looking forward to next week, only one week left before the Autumn vacation. I’ll have one full week to recover and hopefully… design and scrap!

Last sunday we had a suprisingly warm day over here. We were able to sit in the yard in tshirts. And if you are from anywere around here, you know that is quite something, in the middle of October! I took some great photos of Roxanne and edited them in Lightroom, they look adorable! They are a bit grainy because I had my ISO value set too high (could kick myself for this!) but I think in some cases this adds to the artistic value of them :) I can’t wait to scrap them all! I have finished one page already, you can see it at the end of this post. I’m looking forward to scrapping and digishopping a little this weekend.

Talking about shopping, have you seen the new Collab kit at FPD this week?!

I think it is amazing, probably the best we ever did! Gina Marie Huff from Weeds & Wildflowers contributed to it, being our guest designer this month, and she created the coolest alpha and doodles. This kit is SO HUGE, it has 44 papers and about 100 elements in it, PLUS the alpha! And it’s available for $9 this week only! You can take a look at it here.

And here is a page I did with it:

Autumn

I also have new alpha, well 2 actually :) :

Sparkling Cardboard Alpha

Available here.

And here is the page I scrapped with one of my last photos of dd. I finally got to use these beautiful lyrics from a song by Martina McBride. If you have a little time to read it, I would definately recommand that you do, it is so heart touching! I never heard the song and I will definately look for it, but the lyrics just sent shivers down my spine. You get a better chance of reading them in my post at the MSA gallery here.
