Thank your for your purchase! I hope that you enjoy this creation! All files are print quality and saved at a high resolution of 300dpi. All files will be in either a .jpg or .png format. .png files will have a transparent background.

All papers (patterned and solids) are 12"x12", but may easily be resized or cropped to fit your needs.

Kim De Smet retains and reserves the right to modify, update and change the Terms of Use for all digital designs at anytime with or without notice. It is your responsibility to check for updates and changes to the Terms of Use. Copyright ©2009-2010 by Kim De Smet.

Copyright Policy: All copyrights to elements, graphics, and kits are retained by Kim De Smet with all rights reserved.

These files are licensed to the purchaser’s computer only and are not to be shared, loaned, rented, resold, distributed, transferred, or posted across a bulletin board, network, modem, Internet or web page. Do not make copies of these files on any electronic or physical medium(including CDs, diskettes, or other storage medium) for reasons other than back-up purposes. You may use these pages and elements in part or in whole in your layouts that will be submitted to Scrapbooking and related magazines for publication, giving proper credit to Kim De Smet, including any graphic you have altered in any way. You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them.

SCRAP FOR HIRE: As of September 2009 you’re welcome to use my kits and element packs in your Scrap for Hire business without the purchase of an additional license. This means you can scrap pages for your clients with my kits and elements and charge them for it, provided that they only receive the flattened jpg of your work. You can not send them a layered file or separate elements (like e.g. an alpha) to finish the pages themselves. Only for small, home-based corporations.

NO QUICKPAGES OR PREMADE CARDS ALLOWED. You cannot make 1 page or card and sell it to multiple clients. You cannot make a series of premade layouts and/or cards and offer them for sale. You MUST create a unique page or card for each client.

Unauthorized Use: It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner.

Crediting the Designer: Please be sure to credit Kim De Smet, Element Name and Kit name when you publish your pages online or in a magazine/book. If you would like to link to the website, please use the following link address: www.oscraps.com

COMMERCIAL USE TOU

Some of my products are designed for commercial use. This means they are available for DIGITAL SCRAPBOOK DESIGNERS to use in the creations of their kits. Any other use will require an extra license. Please contact me for further info. These products always have a clear CU label on the packaging. If the label is NOT there, you may NOT use these products commercially.

If you have purchased a Commercial Use product, please make sure to read the CU terms of use below.

This license allows you to use these products as follows:

-You are allowed to use them to create papers and/or elements for your digital scrapbook kits.

-You are allowed to alter the products as you please without limitations.

 
-You may NOT redistribute the images, brushsets, vector files, custom shapes, templates, tubes. Not for sale and not as a freebie.

- The items you make with this tool must be included in a kit with other types of elements. You may not create and sell, give away, or include in a group compilation a product that is only a collection of papers or elements made from this product in different colors. You may not sell a paperpack solely made with these templates, it must contain other papers as well. You may not sell an elementpack made solely from this CU product, it must contain other elements or they must be significantly altered. Please do not use more than 50% of my products per kit or per element pack that you sell.

- You may not use this product in the creation of freebies.

-You may not create commercial use overlays or other CU items from this product.

Any distribution, sharing or selling of the kit itself or of the commercial license is not allowed as these are copyrighted images and it would be illegal to do so.
